4.1 Magnitude Earthquake Hits Western Turkiye in Aegean Sea

An earthquake measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale struck on Sunday the Aegean Sea, off the western coast of Turkiye.

Turkiye Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) said in a statement that the occurred at a depth of 57.6 km.

No casualties or material damage reported as a result of the earthquake.

On April 26, an earthquake measuring 5 on the Richter scale struck the Aegean Sea off the western coast of Turkiye.
