The Babylon Police Command announced today, Sunday the arrest of a wanted person with three different legal articles, most notably the charge of fraud in accordance with the provisions of Article (456) of the Penal Code, during the security practices of the Nile Checkpoint detachments “the old road” north of the city of Hilla.
Media Director of Babylon Police, Brigadier General Adel Al-Husseini, said, “the necessary legal measures have been taken against him, and he has been referred to the competent authorities for investigation.”
