The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (ADLSA), represented by the Institute of Public Administration, in cooperation with all ministries and government institutions in the country, announced the launch of ‘Excellence in Service Delivery to the Public’ program.

The ministry said in a press statement that the program comes within the framework of the State’s keenness to provide the best level of service in government departments, in line with the directives of the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior HE Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani.

The program includes a range of service excellence topics, including ‘Distinguished Service and Excellence Requirements’, ranging from communication skills (welcoming, body language, appearance, to complaints and objections mechanism).

The program will provide and apply all modern means and methods in training to achieve the set of objectives and to simulate the practical reality.
