The Centre for Endowment Studies at the General Directorate of Endowments at the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs is due to hold the 2nd scientific symposium Thursday within the series of its scientific symposia as it released its international scientific magazine titled “Endowment” through live broadcasting on its YouTube channel.
The symposium is organized within the framework of the magazines keenness to be a leading endowment research that touches the needs of reality, and is intended to collaborate the intellectual and academic efforts of researchers and those interested in endowment issues, especially the new ones, and introducing them to discuss everything that concerns endowment and charitable affairs.
It will feature the participation of Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Bel Abbes who will discuss his thesis under the theme of exploring reactions between endowment and digital data, alongside Dr. Bashir Hizam Saleh Mahdi with his thesis under the theme of accounting standards for the endowment as a comparative study presented by Professor Majd Makki.
Commenting on this event, Director General of the General Department of Endowments and Editor-in-Chief of the magazine Dr. Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Ghanem Al-Thani said the symposium is a complementary to the first one that discussed other two theses published in the magazine, calling on researchers and writers to communicate with the magazine and incorporate it into their research and studies on endowment and related issues and provisions.
