Minister of Foreign Affairs Meets with Foreign Minister of Mongolia

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, met today with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, Battsetseg Batmunkh.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the bilateral relations of the two friendly countries. They discussed regional and international developments of common interest and the efforts exerted by the two countries in these fields.

Following the meeting, a memorandum of understanding was signed regarding political consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, underpinning the strengthening of cooperation and friendship between the two friendly countries and peoples and supporting the development of relations and joint coordination at all levels concerning bilateral relations and international issues of common concern. The MoU was co-signed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, on the Saudi side, and by the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, Battsetseg Batmunkh, on the Mongolian side.

The meeting and signing ceremony were attended by the Saudi Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China, and Non-resident Ambassador to the Republic of Mongolia, Abdulrahman Al-Harbi, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Multilateral International Affairs, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Rassi.
