Monsha’at Receives Three International ISO Certificates

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) has obtained three international ISO certificates, ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO10002 Complaint Handling Management System, and 30401 Knowledge Management System, having achieved the needed requirements.

The authority strives to provide the best services in an integrated manner, and with high accuracy and efficiency, by applying the highest international standards, boosting quality practices, documenting all processes and procedures through the quality management system, and improving and inventorying knowledge and assets to benefit from them, and by ensuring beneficiary satisfaction through raising the efficiency of the complaints-handling mechanism.

Having been awarded the certificates, Monsha’at pledges to continue to develop through qualitative projects and initiatives that raise the level of institutional excellence and quality, thus contributing to raising the efficiency of the work and procedures carried out by the authority.
