Parliament speaker Yahya al-Rai’ and Prime Minister Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor on Monday participated in the speech event held by the Ministries of Communications, Information Technology, and Culture in the Capital Sana’a in celebration of the anniversary of the Prophet’s birthday, May the best blessings and peace be upon him, his family, and his companions.
The Prime Minister delivered a speech at the beginning of which he congratulated all the masses of our Yemeni people and our Arab and Islamic nation on this great, blessed occasion, which the Yemenis celebrate every year in a way that surpasses others in their celebration of this blessed day.
Bin Habtoor explained that through their celebration, the Yemenis renew their covenant and loyalty to our greatest Messenger, to our true Islamic religion, and to his great divine teachings that brought man from darkness to light.
He said “We are concerned, as a Yemeni and Islamic nation, to celebrate this occasion and to always remember the virtues, hadiths and teachings of our Greatest Messenger, and to stand before the great principles of our Greatest Messenger, such as tolerance, honesty, strength, steadfastness, and resistance, in order to work to consolidate these values and qualities that distinguished the Messenger in the various affairs of our daily lives.” “.
He added “The leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, focused in his speech on Saturday, on a set of important concepts, values, and topics that humanity has begun to forget, which are related to humanity and to the great message that he carries in this life, which is being distorted by Western countries’ efforts to generalize… “Degenerate bestiality behavior among societies.”
The prime minister stressed that everyone is concerned with rejecting those behaviors that deviate from normal human nature by all possible means.
He pointed out that a great anniversary such as the Prophet’s birthday is one of the milestones that reminds us as a Muslim community of our religious, cultural, moral and intellectual responsibilities in confrontation and that we do not allow others to tamper with the values and heritage of this nation.
The Prime Minister stressed that our Yemeni people are celebrating this occasion as they are on the verge of true victory, which they achieved after being patient with hunger, suffering, killing, and siege for more than eight years, pointing out that the Yemeni human being, with their will, dignity, determination, culture and history, is an honorable, dear and generous human being who rejects injustice and refuses to have their will be broken.
Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Engineer Misfer sl-Numair explained that the Ministries of Communications Information Technology and Culture celebrate the noble birth of the Prophet, may the best prayers and peace be upon him and his family, in addition to the holidays of the Yemeni revolution, due to the importance of these occasions and their relationship to the reality of the Yemeni human being.
He pointed out that the Prophet’s birthday and the holidays of the revolution are coming and our people are achieving victories in terms of gaining freedom and independence, noting that the Yemenis are renewing their pledge to the Messenger of God by celebrating the coming of the Prophet’s birthday.
The Minister of Communications stressed the importance of drawing inspiration from the life of the Messenger, may God bless him and his family and grant them peace, and emulating his qualities and characteristics, including courage, leadership, and noble morals.
Minister of Culture Abdullah sl-Kabsi pointed out that the Yemenis’ celebration of the birth of the best of humanity is a different and distinct celebration from the Islamic peoples, pointing out that the Yemenis supported the message of Muhammad since the beginning of the prophecy and were associated with a special relationship with the Prophet of Mercy.
He explained the position of the Prophet, may God bless him and his family and grant them peace, in the hearts of the Yemenis and their special relationship with the values of the Prophet and Islam, explaining that the Yemenis supported the message, contributed to the Islamic conquests, and spread the values of true Islam.
