The United Nations Representative in Iraq, Jeanine Plasschaert, affirmed that the Iraqi government is focusing on consolidating the pillars of stability.
Plasschaert said in a briefing to the Security Council: The fight against corruption is clear with the steps of the Iraqi government.
She pointed out: There are plans for the Iraqi government to organize water management in light of the presence of 7 million people suffering from a shortage.
Plasschaert continued: that Iraq needs a structural change in its economy, which depends on oil.
