President Al-Mashat chairs an expanded meeting under pretext of enhancing community participation in planning and developing services

His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Chairman of the Supreme Political Council, chaired on Monday, in Hajjah province, the expanded meeting to enhance community participation in planning and developing services in the province.

The President of the Supreme Political Council praised the steadfastness of the people of Hajjah, where the present embraces history and the plain embraces the mountain, and their bravery and honorable stances in facing challenges at various stages.

He praised the price of the giving and sacrifice of the people of the province throughout history, and their advancement in the ranks in the fields of steadfastness in Haradh, Hiran, Midi and on all fronts.

President Al-Mashat noted that the visit to Hajjah governorate is to strengthen the role of community participation in initiatives as well as activate the role of local authority in this aspect. Pointing out that the praise of the leader of the revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, in Hajjah province, made it the focus of everyone’s admiration.

He said, “We were briefed on the activities that were a source of pride for us, and I urge everyone to continue activity and dynamism in various fields.” He indicated that the people of Hajjah are at the level of betting in all fields and at the level of life requirements or at the military level.

He saluted the vital spirit and activity that he touched in Hajjah Governorate, pointing out that the governorate’s share of interventions since the beginning of this year amounted to two billion and 200 million riyals, and the support will continue in the next year in a larger way.

The head of the Supreme Political Council expressed pride in the self-initiatives that the governor of the province reviewed, compared to the supported initiatives.

President Al-Mashat indicated that work will be done to improve services in various fields, pointing out that Hajjah is one of the first provinces to offer many martyrs.

He stressed that there is a tendency to build a solid force fortified with Quranic culture through summer courses to confront soft warfare and correct misconceptions. He expressed hope that the summer courses would attract everyone’s attention.

He said, “I salute the supervisors of the governorate, and I hope more and more from you,” pointing out that the governorate, along with the rest of the governorates, will receive attention, each according to his role.

He added, “From Hajjah Governorate, I direct the local authorities, managers, agents, and governors to take advantage of community initiatives for this year, and to properly strengthen the role of planning for the next year 1445 AH.”

The head of the Supreme Political Council pointed out that there is a great trend with regard to paving roads in rural areas and districts and providing them with water projects, and the responsibility rests with directors of districts in proper planning and activating initiatives.

He also stressed the need to be alert, as the enemy is lurking, and strict measures will be taken against any flabby, because the path is clear with the people, from the people, to the people, and all are servants of the people.

He expressed his hope that Hajjah would represent a more advanced model among the governorates, praising the efforts of the governorate leadership.

President Al-Mashat indicated that the stability of Saudi Arabia is linked to the stability of Yemen, and that there are regional and international parties that do not want stability for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and do not want to get out of the quagmire it is in or pay salaries.

He stressed the keenness to find quick solutions to the humanitarian file and put an end to American ambitions, stressing the continuation of the journey with the free people in Hajjah and the Yemeni governorates to overcome the difficulties created by the enemy.

As President Al-Mashat stressed, there is no concern for Yemeni unity because the leader and engine of what is happening in Aden are the Americans and the British.

In the meeting, which was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and Minister of Finance, Dr. Rashid Abboud Abu Lahoum, the Minister of Local Administration, Ali bin Ali Al-Qaisi, and the Minister of Water and Environment, Eng. Abdul Raqib Al-Sharmani and Chief of the General Staff, Major General Muhammad Al-Ghumari, Hajjah Governor Hilal Al-Soufi welcomed the head of the Supreme Political Council and all those present.

He pointed out that President Al-Mashat’s visit to the governorate in light of these conditions and the inconvenience of travel embodied interest in the governorate and encouragement of initiatives in general, appreciating the support provided to the governorate through the Central Emergency Development Interventions Unit at the Ministry of Finance.

Al-Soufi explained that the Hajjah governorate implemented, during the last stage, two thousand and 950 self-society initiatives and 285 initiatives supported under the directives of the President of the Supreme Political Council and the supervision of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and Minister of Finance.

He said, “The leader of the revolution’s tribute to the province is a medal of honor that we all cherish, and it is a responsibility that rests with all the people of the province.” He appreciated the interest of the head of the Supreme Political Council in the province.
