The President-elect of the Republic of Paraguay, Santiago Pena Palacios, has received here the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Cabinet Member, and Climate Envoy, Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, during his visit to Paraguay.
Minister Al-Jubeir conveyed greetings from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to President-elect Palacios, as well as to the government and people of Paraguay.
Al-Jubeir also extended his congratulations to President-elect Palacios on his election as the President of the Republic of Paraguay, while expressing his wishes for continued stability, progress, and prosperity.
During the meeting, they discussed the relations between the two friendly countries and explored avenues for enhancing and developing these relations across various fields.
The meeting was attended by the Non-resident Saudi Ambassador to the Republic of Paraguay, Hussein Asiri, and the Director General of the Office of the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Khaled bin Musaed Al-Anqari.
