Riyadh, The Federation of Saudi Chambers and the Singapore Business Federation signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance trade and investment between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Singapore.
The MoU was signed in the sidelines of the 3rd session of the joint Saudi-Singaporean Business Committee in Riyadh, chaired by the Minister of Transport and Logistic Services, Eng. Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, and Singaporean Minister for Manpower and Second Minister for Trade and Industry, Tan See Leng.
The Federation of Saudi Chambers and the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services also organized the Saudi-Singaporean roundtable meeting with the participation of businesspeople from the two countries. The meeting shed light on the available opportunities for Singaporean companies in the projects of the Saudi Vision 2030.
The volume of Saudi-Singaporean trade exchange reached SAR45.2 billion in 2022, signaling a growth rate of 50 percent compared with 2021.
