ABU DHABI,Ten Cityzens Giving Young Leaders from around the world have enjoyed a four-day Etihad Airways Youth Leadership Experience in Abu Dhabi. The Young Leaders from Manchester, Melbourne, Mumbai, New York City and Bandung spent the week developing as community football coaches at City Football Schools and enjoyed many highlights of what Abu Dhabi has to offer as a leading cultural destination.;/ standout moment of the experience was a visit to Etihad Airways HQ for an interactive workshop on leadership inspired by the airline’s ‘Grow with Etihad Leadership Excellence Programme’.
Reflecting on the whole experience, Selva, one of the Young Leaders from Mumbai, India, said: “The Etihad Youth Leadership Experience has been incredible. I feel so inspired by the Young Leaders I have met from around the world, and I have developed so much as a coach from my time at City Football Schools.
“It was my first time flying, which was an amazing experience! I want to fly again and hope to have more opportunities like this in the future. Thank you I enjoyed it so much!”
The trip also brought together representatives from four City Football Group clubs: Manchester City, Melbourne City, New York City and Mumbai City.
