UK reports 56 COVID fatalities

COVID-19 killed 56 people in the UK Sunday, down from 164 fatalities that were recorded yesterday, taking the death toll to 135,203, according to the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC).

A total of 29,612 people tested positive for the highly contagious respiratory disease, as the caseload tops 7.4 million, the DHSC added.
