Minister of Water and Irrigation Muhammad Najjar and German Ambassador Bernhard Kampmann on Monday inaugurated the ministry’s regional training center, which has undergone a major upgrade and expansion with German government support.
Najjar said that the center was rehabilitated and expanded under the “Technical and Vocational Education and Training in the Water Sector” project, at a cost of one million euros.
He added that the center will serve as a training platform that will provide the local, Arab and regional water sector with modern scientific expertise and talents according to the best international criteria.
