US Assistant Secretary of the Treasury, Elizabeth Rosenberg, arrived today, Tuesday, in the capital, Baghdad.
The US Ambassador to Baghdad, Elena Romanowski, said on the AX platform: “I am pleased to welcome US Treasury Secretary Elizabeth Rosenberg to Baghdad, who is looking forward to holding important meetings with government leaders and officials in the Central Bank of Iraq.”
She added: “Progress in combating international money laundering and banking reform will help combat corruption and support international investment in Iraq.”/End
