The Acting Governor of Taiz, Ahmed Al-Masawi, discussed today, Sunday, with the Director of the Social Fund for Development (SFD), Engineer Marwan Al-Maqtari, the progress of work in the projects implemented by the Fund in the province.
The meeting, which included the Secretary-General of the Local Council, Muhammad Al-Hajj, and the deputy governors of the province, Hamid Abdo, Mansour Saddam, and Qannaf Al-Sufi, touched on aspects related to supporting community initiatives by the local authority, the Fund, and the importance of coordination between them in this field.
For his part, Al-Maqtari affirmed the fund’s keenness to advance the developmental and service reality in the province and stimulate economic empowerment through the expansion of community initiatives that meet the directives of the local authority to expand the implementation of projects during the next stage.
