Minister of Foreign Affairs, Eng. Hisham Sharaf, inspected the level of professional discipline in the consular department and expatriates, following the blessed Eid al-Fitr holiday.
Sharaf listened, from the Head of the Consular Department, Ambassador Ahmed Hamid, to a briefing on the level of performance and services provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to citizens.
He also met with a number of citizens reviewing the consular department and was informed of their level of satisfaction with the services, or any proposals aimed at developing and facilitating procedures.
Sharaf affirmed that the ministry, despite the political blockade that it has been suffering from since the beginning of the aggression, is working to overcome any difficulties facing citizens at home and abroad, praising the work mechanism used by the consular department and expatriates to facilitate and simplify procedures that serve the citizen.
