Riyadh, General Court of Audit (GCA) President Dr. Hussam Al-Angari inaugurated here today the Human Excellence and Motivation Hub (HEMH) and the Smart Courses Library (SCL) platforms aimed at empowering GCA’s employees and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
According to GCA Executive Vice President for Corporate Services Majed Al-Duhaish, HEMH provides a comprehensive framework for employee development and performance evaluation. It encompasses a range of policies, standards, procedures, and digital tools designed to support employee growth.
HEMH utilizes cutting-edge technologies and digital solutions, including Shamel 2.0 Platform unveiled by GCA at the Leap 24 conference.
Saudi Center for Financial and Performance Auditing (SCFPA) Director General Tariq Al-Jurifani said SCL offers a comprehensive library of training programs and courses. Tailored to the specific needs of GCA’s work, these resources aim to enhance both specialized and general knowledge for GCA employees.
