Head of the Libyan Government of National Unity Abdul Hamid Al Dbeiba discussed on Monday with Special Representative of the Secretary-General for the United Nations Support Mission in Libya Abdoulaye Bathily, latest political developments in Libya.
Al Dbeiba affirmed, during the meeting, that Libyan government is committed to organizing the elections in accordance with just and fair laws.
Libya should have held presidential and legislative elections in December 2021, but they were postponed indefinitely due to standoff among the political parties.
