The House of Representatives condemned the dangerous and continuous escalation of the Zionist occupation forces and herds of settlers against unarmed Palestinian civilians in a number of cities in the West Bank and the Jenin camp.
In a statement, the House of Representatives denounced, in a statement, a copy of which was received by Saba on Saturday, the crimes of the Zionist enemy against the Palestinian people, considering these crimes and attacks, including the violation of the sanctity of Al-Aqsa Mosque and its storming by dogs and settlers, and the tearing of the Noble Qur’an in the ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, as a provocation and an insult to the feelings of Arabs and Muslims. And a flagrant challenge to the international community and a violation of freedoms, beliefs, humanitarian charters and international law.
The House of Representatives called on all regional and international parliaments and parliamentary unions to condemn the Zionist attacks on Palestinian villages and cities.
He also called on the international community to assume its responsibilities in putting an end to these attacks.
The statement called on all the free people and the countries of the axis of resistance to move quickly and provide assistance to the Palestinian people to confront the Zionist attacks and arrogance in order to stop their recurrence, and to strive in all international forums to provide protection for the Palestinian people and put an end to the settlement expansion policy that aims to impose new facts to obstruct the establishment of the Palestinian state.
The Council praised the statement issued by the European Union, which described what happened in the town, northeast of Ramallah, as “a terrorist attack launched by settlers, with the protection of the Israeli army, against Palestinians who are safe in their homes,” stressing the need to hold criminals accountable so that such terrorist acts do not recur.
The statement referred to the statements of the representative of the European Union, during his visit at the head of a delegation that included ambassadors and representatives of the Union and similar countries to Ramallah, to see the repercussions of the aggression launched by settlers last Wednesday on the town, which resulted in the death of Palestinian youth and the wounding of others with live bullets, in addition to burn about 30 houses and more than 60 vehicles, under the protection of the Zionist enemy forces, and the Israeli army to commit a massacre in Jenin camp.
The Council denounced in the strongest terms the continued silence and international complicity, especially on the part of America and the Western countries that provide protection and cover for the continuation of these blatant crimes and aggressions, which are impossible to continue without the American-Western protection and support for them.
The statement denounced the failure of the regimes of Arab normalization countries and their complacency in the face of terrorist crimes committed by the forces of the Zionist enemy, at a time when the Palestinian people defend themselves.
The House of Representatives saluted the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance on all fronts, in the face of the fierce Zionist onslaught, stressing the solidarity of Yemen’s parliament, government and people with the Palestinian people and their resistance.
He praised the valor of the heroes of the resistance in confronting the occupation during the recent confrontations, which showed a qualitative shift in their deterrence capabilities.
The council warned of the dangers of the settlement expansion decision, calling for an immediate halt to settler attacks on Palestinian villages and cities.
