The Federal Integrity Commission announced the implementation of seizures of cases of trespassing on state-owned property, and excessive purchases of medical materials, equipment, and generators in a Housing Association, the Health Department, and the Education Directorate in Nineveh Governorate.
The Authority’s Government Information and Communications Office said that a team composed of the Nineveh Investigation Directorate revealed, after follow-up and investigation, that the ‘Intellectuals’ Housing Association had encroached on a land with an area of (103) dunams and sold it, indicating that the association had divided the land that belonged to the Ministry of Finance into (682) plots of different areas, and sold them to citizens for the amount of (8,399,596,000) dinars, in violation of the law, indicating that documents and copies of the association’s restrictions and contracts were seized, and as a result, the competent investigating judge issued a summons order against the association’s president.

e office continued that the team, which moved to the Nineveh Health Department, seized documents, disbursement receipts, and contracts (29) disbursement transactions in the amount of (2,595,000,000) dinars pertaining to the purchase of medical supplies for the heart surgery center, alerting to the presence of violations in preparation and exaggeration. In purchase transactions, as well as split exchange transactions; in order to be within the authority to exchange.
In a separate context, the office explained that an increase in the prices of equipping the Nineveh Education Directorate/Accounts with cameras, office equipment, and generators by an amount of (1,459,188,000) dinars was observed, pointing out that the accounts employees organized (32) transactions and disbursed their amounts; Based on fictitious ‘forged’ receipts and presentations, he explained that authentic arrest reports of the operations were prepared and presented to the judge of the investigative court specialized in examining integrity cas
