Iraq And Iran Agree To Open Joint HQs At The Border To Control The Movement Of Arbaeen Visitors

Iraq and Iran agreed to open joint headquarters at the border to control the movement of the Arbaeen visitors.

“We discussed the importance of controlling international borders and preparations to receive Arbaeen visitors,” Interior Minister Abdul Amir Al-Shammari said in a joint press conference with his Iranian counterpart.

The Minister of Interior added: “It was agreed to coordinate the exchange of information and open joint headquarters on the borders to control movement of visitors.”
