The first round of consultations between Jordan and Canada was held on Tuesday at the level of senior officials in the foreign ministries of the two countries.
The meeting, held via teleconference, discussed ways to enhance bilateral ties in various fields, including economic, trade, investment and development, as well as issues of common interest.
Both sides agreed on the need to continue holding consultations periodically to enhance cooperation between the two countries.
