His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Thursday a cable to the President of Cuba Miguel Diaz-Canel, congratulating him on being re-elected for the second term.
His Highness the Crown Prince wished President Diaz-Canel and his people more success and welfare.
