For his part, the coordinator of the Popular and National Committees to Resist the Wall and Settlements in South Hebron, Ratib Al-Jabour, said that settlers in the Al-Asifar area attacked members of the Abu Qubaita family, and a young man was injured in the head and slightly injured.

Al-Jabour added that the settlers, with the protection of the occupation army, raised the Israeli flag in lands between Saddat Al-Thaala and Umm Al-Khair, which belong to th
e Abu Shaker family, and in the Bereen area, barbed wires were removed from citizens’ lands.

Mahmoud Khalil Abu Qubaita was also arrested and transferred to an unknown location.
