According to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), today the moderate and torrential thundershowers, accompanied by strong winds are still forecast for some parts of Jazan, Asir, Baha and Makka regions, extending to some parts of Madinah region. The dusty surface winds will be strong in some parts of Eastern, Northern Borders, Hail and Jawf regions, reducing visibility.
Winds will be northwesterly to westerly, on the northern part of the country, registering a speed of 25 to 45km/h, and northwesterly to southwesterly, registering a speed of 15 to 35km/h, in the central part and southeasterly to southwesterly, registering a speed of 12 to 30km/h in the southern part with thunderstorms. In the Arabian Gulf, winds will be northwesterly, registering a speed of 15 to 45km/h on the northern part and northwesterly to southwesterly, registering a speed of 10 to 30km/h on the southern part.
