A security source announced the recovery of a drowned body and the death of a woman in two separate accidents, north of Baquba, Diyala Governorate Center.
The source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that a detachment of divers from the river police managed to recover the body of a young man who drowned while swimming in the Al-Khalis River near Al-Tahila area on the outskirts of Al-Khalis, north of Baquba.
He added, in another separate incident, a woman was killed in an unintentional run-over accident on the Khalis-Baquba road, north of Baquba./ End
