ABU DHABI, Mohammed Jalal Al Rayssi, Director-General of the Emirates News Agency (WAM), has stated that the celebration of Flag Day is an affirmation of the values of national cohesion rooted in the UAE society.
On this occassion, Al Rayssi said, “On 3rd of November every year, we celebrate the Flag Day, which represents the nation’s symbols of glory and honour, and a march full of outstanding national achievements that the UAE has built over the past 50 years.
“On this glorious day, we renew our loyalty, belonging and devotion to the homeland and the UAE’s wise leadership, and together we look forward to new horizons of excellence in all domains.”
He concluded by saying, “On Flag Day, we renew our determination to move towards 50 more years of success so that the UAE will always remain a global beacon of ambition and achievement. We look forward to continuing the paths of sincere work to consolidate the country’s global reputation and leadership.”
