IMF Forecasts 4 Percent Growth for Saudi Arabia’s Economy in 2024

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) forecasts a 4 percent growth for Saudi Arabia's economy in 2024, according to a report issued Tuesday on global economic prospects.

Also according to the report, growth in the Middle East and Central Asia region is expected to reach 3.4 percent in 2024, recovering from a 2 percent growth forecast this year.

The IMF also lowered its growth forecasts for China and the Eurozone, stating that overall global growth remains low and uneven despite what it called the “remarkable strength” of the US economy.
